    SMDM arm help.

I know there's articles for removing the rotted, dessicated rubber sleeve, but I couldn't find any. Any help?

If it's severely rotted like I've seen the rubber sleeve should come off easy, sorry I don't know of any specific tutorials about this, but the rubber sleeve issue has been addressed on MM in the past so a search might narrow things down. I haven't looked recently, but eBay used to have a seller offering repro rubber sleeves for Kenner's SMDM.

Thanks guys. I was able to soak it in warm water and get it to flake off. With only the slightest of abrasions to the underlying plastic.
